We’re not just passionate about great food; we’re devoted to exceptional hospitality. Every one of our clients has a dedicated account manager who is directly responsible for planning each office’s unique programming, collecting & implementing feedback, and getting to know your team personally. Most of our clients have a lot on their plates - our goal is to take the hassle of managing workplace food & beverage off that list entirely.

On any given day, Radish guests have access to a range of fully realized menus, spanning multiple styles and cuisines, all made from scratch in our SF kitchen. Not to mention salad bars, soups, sandwiches and more…All your squeaky wheels are about to get good and greased! 

With Radish, folks who eat vegan, gluten free and keto aren’t an afterthought – our menu catalog has been developed from the ground up with plant-powered, dietary diversity in mind. Hey vegetarians, that means you can say goodbye to eating “tofu steaks” every day! 

Supporting our local restaurants & chefs is our raison d’etre. Recent years were some of the toughest in memory for our industry. We firmly believe that restaurants shouldn’t have to cut their margins down to the bone just to survive. Radish restaurant partners benefit directly from sales of their dishes through a revenue-share model, with no commissions, expenses or costs of any kind.

Community impact starts with how we treat our own team. We’re proud to offer industry-leading compensation and benefit packages to full time employees at every level.  This commitment  has allowed us to build a stable team who inspire and motivate us every day – most of our culinary and service team has been with us for the better part of a decade or more!

We endeavor to combat the global crisis of food waste by turning excess food into high-quality meals that are donated to members of our local community facing food insecurity. In 2019 we donated 44,000 meals to folks in need through our partnership with Replate, which in turn saved over 19 million gallons of water and diverted 234,000 lb of CO2 from the atmosphere.

The Radish kitchen is proud to be an SF Green Certified Business, promoting greener offerings to our clients and ensuring that every aspect of our operation takes into account environmental impact. Our signature grab & go dishes are packed in certified compostable containers, made from unbleached, molded plant fibers and bio-based, non-PFAS linings. Their sleeves are FSC Certified, chlorine-free, biodegradable, recyclable and made with post-consumer waste. Yeah, we nerd out on this stuff.

Radish is a proud member of 1% for the planet. We donate 1% of revenues annually to Acta Non Verba, a youth urban farm project that creates a safe and creative outdoor space for children, youth and families in East Oakland.
